You are giving your consent for us to use this data to contact you so we can notify you of relevant information and contact you to coordinate and safely run our activities.

WILL THE DATA BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?

Your details will not be shared with 3rd parties unless required to do so by law.

HOW WILL THE INFORMATION BE USED?

Contact details will be used for the purposes of communicating the TVTA activities with subscribers/members, coordinating meetings (including "dig days"). This mailing list will be maintained in a specialist 3rd-Party tool which provides secure storage of your information and allows subscribers to unsubscribe at any point in time. Emergency contact details and additional personal information including statements on medical conditions are required for "dig days".

HOW LONG WILL THE DATA BE STORED FOR?

Data will be stored whilst it is relevant and there is an obligation to hold it.

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE DATA SUBJECT HAVE?

You can ask to be removed from our mailing list at any point, request information held about you and ask for that information be transferred to a 3rd Party.

HOW CAN THE DATA SUBJECT RAISE A COMPLAINT?

You can request to remove yourself from our mailing list directly from any of our Newsletters or if you wish to contact us or make a complaint this can be done so though https://tweedvalleytrails.org
